AudioMonk.com respects the sensitivity of our clients and the materials entrusted to us for transcription. Should the client request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement, we will be happy to draft one, or sign one provided by the client.
All transcriptions and audio files are the property of our clients upon completion, and AudioMonk.com releases all rights and claims to transcriptions.
Audio files can be exposed to in-house transcriptionists as well as having the potential to be circulated to contractors . All contractors utilized by AudioMonk.com are bound by the same privacy policy stated here, as well as any Non-Disclosure Agreements agreed to by AudioMonk.com. Should a client specifically declare their desire to keep the work limited to AudioMonk.com personnel, we will gladly honor that desire.
AudioMonk.com will never use your name, your company name, or your contact information without your expressed permission. Occasionally we may solicit clients to offer a reference for our service.
