When you contract with AudioMonk, we will take your audio file and turn it into a transcript. All technical terms, names, inaudible sections, or other words that are not immediately clear will be communicated to you so we can understand and provide the highest quality transcript possible.
Transcripts will be provided in MS Word format (2003) unless otherwise requested. Additional formats are free of charge.
 AudioMonk offers phone dictation service. We provide a unique toll free phone line for your use ($20 setup fee - $20 per month minimum dictation useage). Call, speak, hang up. Dictation can be delivered to you via email in whatever format you desire. Turnaround time is 3-5 days at out standard rate of $1 per minute. Faster service available at negotiated rates. We are experienced in Medical Transcription and many other technical fields.
AudioMonk offers time stamps for the Motion Picture and Television industries. Embed your SMPTE signal on one track of a stereo MP3 file and we can insert that data into your finished transcript. Unfortunately at this time we cannot process DV cassette media. Time stamping fees add $.25 per minute.
We will be happy to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to protect your data. We can provide a long or short form NDA for your review on request.
